Laang Phnom Touch is the natural and cultural resort where is geographically located at Serey Sa Phoan District and it is situated along the National Road No.5. And it is about 28 kilometers south of provincial town to-day. The site features some natural wells and big and small mountains with  large stone faces and its surfaces. From the mountaintops, most of visiors can oversee and enjoy the most spectacular natural view of the lush rain forests and also see the local Buddhist pagoda where live (Buddhist Monks and nuns) on the mountain slope. The site is really popular and interested by local people, and especially the pilgrims, from different corners of Cambodia, who always come to visit it on the special occasion such as holy festival days for all year round.
