Elephant Ride

During the day, ridable elephants await for all kind of the customers near Bayon Temple and the south gate of Angkor Thom City. And in the evenings, elephants are usually stationed at the base of Phnom Bakheng Mountain, ready to transport riders up to the hill for sunset view. It takes time for 25 minutes. It is an unforgettable and memorial experiences. These elephants are formerly trained and tamed. They are caught from the Northern-Eastern zone of Cambodia where live the trible people who earn a living by hunting, firewood collection, gum collecting, dibbling-rice.
